Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Each product is made specifically for you after your order is placed, and we do not maintain pre-stocked inventory. Once an order is successfully completed, any applicable promotional or sweepstakes entries are automatically submitted in accordance with our Official Rules.

Because entries are processed immediately upon order completion, refunds or cancellations cannot be issued once an order has been placed.

Additionally, refunds will not be issued after the completion of an active giveaway or promotional campaign.

Errors or Issues With Your Order

We take pride in delivering quality products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, we will make it right.

Items that arrive defective, are damaged during transit, or are incorrectly shipped by our team may qualify for one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund (if replacement is not possible)

  • Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item received

Important Information

Unless an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly fulfilled by our team, purchases made during an active giveaway or promotional campaign are considered final and non-refundable once the promotional period has ended.

Because purchases may award entries into promotional sweepstakes or giveaways, orders cannot be reversed once a giveaway has concluded.

If a request is reviewed and determined to be eligible, customers may be offered either:

  • A replacement item of equal value, or

  • Store credit for use on a future purchase

These policies help ensure fairness and integrity for all participants in our promotions.
